Please run SongPro 5 and go to "Help->Account Login" this will automatically enter your registered email address for you.

Once logged in to your account you can change your email address if required.

If the menu item does not exist, you will need to update SongPro. Click here to download the latest free update, save it to your PC and then install over the top of SongPro.
