Conditions of Use
Ownership does not automatically permit the reproduction or projection of the compositions contained on the program (other than those in public domain) unless the organisation holds an appropriate and current Christian Copyright Licence. If the organisation is not a licence holder, the compositions may only be reproduced with the express permission of the publisher/copyright owner. Displaying a YouTube video may require permission from YouTube or the respective licensors of the Content unless displaying for personal non commercial use. YouTube videos and any other web content are accessed through the resident web browser embedded within SongPro. For YouTube terms of service please see for example UK terms or US terms Creation Software Limited are not liable for any content displayed.

Licence Agreement
SongPro 5 worship software remains the property of Creation Software Limited and is licensed on a yearly basis. Warning! Any attempts to manipulate the time period licensed is strictly forbidden and may result in the program becoming unusable.
Copyright law protects our computer programs. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, decompiling, cloning or reverse engineering of any of our programs, or any portion of any of our programs may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
You can cancel or ask us to cancel your automatic renewal for the software at any time, this would then switch to an optional manual renewal and not charge you automatically.

Refund Policy
If you have changed your mind before unlocking the software and it is within 7 days of placing your order, we can happily issue you a refund, however there may be a small admin charge due to the work involved and the fee we are charged for refunds. To avoid this we recommend evaluating the software with our free 30 day trial before ordering. Refunds cannot be granted after the software has been unlocked, renewed, extended or a custom order has been placed.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time, however you must allow at least three working days before the due date to cancel a PayPal recurring payment. An email will be sent to the registered address 7 days before any renewal payment is taken (unless opted out), this is intended to first remind you and of course give you time to cancel beforehand should you wish to do so. Refunds cannot be granted after a renewal payment has been processed.
